This privacy statement covers the site www.comechildrensing.com (“CCS”). Because this Web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices to you. Mary Ellen Pinzino is the proprietor of CCS.

This Privacy Policy covers CCS's treatment of personally identifiable information that CCS collects when you are on the CCS site, and when you use CCS's services. This policy also covers CCS's treatment of any personally identifiable information that CCS's business partners share with CCS or that CCS may collect on a partner's site. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that CCS does not own or control, or to people that CCS does not employ or manage.

CCS collects personally identifiable information when you register for a CCS program, when you purchase or use certain CCS products or services, when you visit CCS pages, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. When you register with CCS, we ask for name, address, email address, phone number and additional business-related information. Once you register with CCS and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. CCS also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, CCS cookie information and the page you requested. CCS uses information for three general purposes: to customize the content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about available services, specials and new products.

The CCS Web site is not intended to be a website or service directed to children under the terms of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. The CCS Web site is intended to be used by the parents or legal guardians of children. Only a parent or legal guardian of a child is permitted to register or to obtain products or services through CCS. CCS does gather identifying information of children during the registration process and may solicit photographs or other identifying information. Identifying information of any children shall be given the same privacy protection as that given to the identifying information of the parent or guardian that supplies such information as provided in the CCS Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. In cases where consent is required to release identifying information about a child, CCS will not release such information without the consent of a parent or guardian of the child.

CCS may set and access CCS cookies on your computer. We may link the information we store in cookies to personally identifiable information you submit while on our site in order to provide the services you require.

Refer A Friend

If you choose to refer a friend to our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. CCS stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

Your friend may contact us to request we remove this information from our database.

Communications from the Site

If you wish to subscribe to our services, we will use your name and email address to send newsletters about our services to you. Out of respect for privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe within each newsletter. In addition, we also offer you the ability to edit and delete your email information (see next section) but please note this may adversely affect the quality of services you receive from the Web site.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

CCS gives you the ability to edit your CCS Account Information and preferences at any time. You may request deletion of your CCS account by emailing us, but please note that requesting deletion of your account information will be only for the purpose of removal from the mailing list unless you specifically request to discontinue use of services for which you have paid a charge. If you request cancellation of paid services, you will lose access to your services on the CCS Web site without reimbursement for charges paid. Also, if you request cancellation of paid services, your personal information will be retained in order to comply with laws relating to records retention for tax and other purposes. All inquiries will receive responses within 30 days of our receipt of them. Even if you have not registered for any paid services, please be advised that some statistical information may possibly remain in our archived records after your account has been deleted.

CCS may amend this policy from time to time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
