Welcome to Come Children, Sing! Here are step-by-step instructions on how to use your gift certificate to enroll your child. You will go through the process as if you are purchasing a class, but you will use your gift certificate instead of making a payment. Sample Screens are offered for your reference throughout the process.

1. Go to www.comechildrensing.com and click on the yellow "CCS Store" button in the lower right corner of the web page. You may have to scroll down to find it.
   
2. You should now see a list of Come Children Sing products. At the top of the list are "CCS Online Music Classes."
   
3. In that box at the top of the list, you should see "Special Introductory Offer! New Students" with a "Buy" button next to it. Click on the "Buy" button.
   
4. This will take you to the CCS Shopping Cart page. You should see one item in your cart - "CCS Online Music Classes - 10 Lessons for New Students" with a "1" in the quantity box. (If the quantity is more than 1, change it to 1 in the box in the quantity column and click the "Update Cart" button.) [Sample Screen]
   
5. Click the "Checkout" button. This will take you to the login screen. If you are a new customer click the "Continue" button in the "New Customer" box. (If you have tried to enroll and failed, perhaps you have already set up an account. If so, you can sign in using your email address and password in the "Returning Customer" box and click the "Sign In" button. If you have already set up an account, you may skip step 6.) 6. If you are a new customer, you will see the Account Information screen. Nearly all information is required. When you have finished filling in that information, click "Continue". [Sample Screen]
   
7. You should now see the Account Created screen. YOU ARE NOT FINISHED YET. This screen confirms that your account has been created, but you have not yet ordered your class. Click "Continue" to move to the final stage of the process. [Sample Screen]
   
8. You should now be at the payment page, showing a $35 charge that will be covered by your gift certificate. Check the information on this page for accuracy and then find the "Gift Certificates and Coupons" box. Click in the small box and enter the Redemption Code that was included with your gift certificate. Click "Redeem". [Sample Screen]
   
9. When you click the Redeem button, a confirmation that your coupon has been successfully applied should appear on the screen. Click "OK". Note that your total charge should now be zero. Scroll to the bottom of the web page and click the "Continue" button. [Sample Screen]
   
10. You should now be at the Order Confirmation screen. Click the "Confirm Order" button at the bottom of the web page. You may need to scroll down to find it. [Sample Screen]
    
11. You will now see the Order Processed page. This confirms that your enrollment is complete. [Sample Screen]
    
12. Finally, when you are ready to begin your class, click on My Class in the gray bar at the top of this screen or go to www.comechildrensing.com, click on the My Class button in the gray bar at the top of the screen, and log in to the first lesson with your child.
